The PEC Safe Supervisor course is designed to educate and lead a new supervisor down a path of successful management. This course can be taken by existing Supervisors as well as workers that are getting ready for promotion into a supervisory role. This course focuses on the basic fundamentals of being a good leader, understanding your crew, handling difficult situations, and other common supervisor challenges. The course includes several assessments, a facilitator and student binder and the following interactive components:
- 6-8 hour instructor-led course

- Setting an Example
- Attitude
- Communication
- A Supervisors Responsibility to their Crew
- 6 Steps of Proper Feedback
- 2 CBT modules: JSA Essentials, Toolbox Talks and Safety Meetings
