In-House Instructor
In-House Instructors are those who train only their company’s employees. These companies do not offer training courses for sale to other companies or individuals. Having an In-House Instructor on staff greatly increases your company’s training flexibility; you can train on your own schedule, train in your own facility, and supervise your employees’ learning.
Trainer Qualifications and Pre-requisites:
Basic Orientation Applicants
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in classroom instruction
- Minimum of 6 months experience in Oil & Gas Industry
- Minimum of 1 year HSE experience as a trainer or member of safety staff
- At least 50% of your job with current employer dedicated to providing services related to the health and safety program(s) for your company
- Successfully completed the Basic Orientation program as a student or be tested to ensure that you fully understand the information provided in the program
Core Compliance Applicants
- High School Diploma or GED
